Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for AI, Digital Transformation and other technology roles in the UAE. You will lead business development, source top talent, and build a robust technology pipeline to meet challenging deadlines.

The role requires strong sourcing, headhunting, and client management skills, with a proven track record in AI and cloud tech recruitment in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in new business acquisition.
• Proven track record in AI, Digital Transformation and Technology recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and target driven.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development and client requirements through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Recruit across AI, Generative AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and technology professionals.
• Conduct market mapping, headhunting and targeted sourcing for niche and senior technology roles.
• Build and manage a strong technology talent pipeline.
• Aim to achieve recruitment, placement and business development targets.
