Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute recruitment across multiple entities, sourcing, attracting, and interviewing qualified candidates, aligned with staffing needs.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage interview processes in Microsoft D365, build a talent pipeline for critical roles, and support employer branding through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a weekly recruitment tracker and updated applicant list.
• Hold monthly workforce planning meetings with department heads.
• Review compensation reports and benchmark against market pay.
• Work to reduce turnover and improve retention across group entities.
• Manage interview process for office and non-office staff; update evaluation forms in D365.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and support employer branding.
