With 4–7 years in IT support, you will manage laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices, and support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ABM, JAMF, NextThink, and AD. Strong troubleshooting and a service‑oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 4–7 years hands-on IT/desktop support experience.
• Experience managing end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, iOS).
• Proficiency with Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ABM, JAMF, NextThink and AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop and application problems.
• Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices.
• Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ABM, JAMF, NextThink and common enterprise apps; basic security software knowledge and AD.
