Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or desktop/end-user support in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
• Experience with IT asset management, CMDB maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN).
• ITIL-aligned service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop, laptop, and AV support including VOIP.
• Administer AD, M365, Intune, and SCCM for endpoint management.
• Maintain CMDB and ITAM records; conduct audits and liaise with vendors.
• Support incident management and security updates per ITIL using ITSM tools.
• Document processes and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
