Job summary

DICETEK LLC in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a System Administrator & Technical Support Specialist. The role covers day-to-day Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, end-user support, and incident lifecycle management via Jira Service Management. On-site position with strong growth potential.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT admin and support, solid Windows Server/AD knowledge, and ITIL familiarity. Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of system admin and technical support experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure administration (IaaS, networking, identity).
• Experience managing tickets in Jira Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Working understanding of ITIL service-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Entra ID.
• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage ticket lifecycle in Jira Service Management: triage, prioritize, assign, resolve, close.
• Maintain security/compliance controls and document configurations.
• Support backup, recovery, and business-continuity for cloud workloads.
