Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in executive technology support or digital workplace services.
• Experience supporting senior executives or high-priority users.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID, MFA, endpoint management and security.
• Strong Teams video conferencing and meeting-room technology.
• Understanding of Wi‑Fi, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors or specialist teams when needed.
• Confidentiality and data protection are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technology point of contact for executive offices and senior leadership.
• Own executive technology issues end-to-end with minimal disruption.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, tablets, smartphones, and workplace tech.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android environments.
• Provide tech assistance for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Ensure device readiness, updates, encryption, backups, and recovery.
• Apply security controls and least-privilege access; escalate security incidents.
• Prepare and validate technology for meetings and external engagements.
• Troubleshoot Teams video conferencing and meeting-room tech.
• Diagnose complex issues and coordinate with external teams/vendors.
