Job summary

Applied Technology and Management (ATM) a Geosyntec Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician to ensure stable IT systems and security. You will provide end-user support, perform imaging, and manage incidents in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Office 365 proficiency, strong troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams. On-site work is required with occasional travel to other offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2+ years of relevant desk‑top/endpoint support experience required.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification required or in progress.
• Preferred: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent Windows cert.
• Apple certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate to advanced desktop administration and end-user support.
• Image computers using SCCM and create bootable USB drives.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices per policy.
• Support Office 365 services across the organization.
• Implement security controls, governance, and data loss prevention.
• Handle incidents, prioritize, and escalate as needed in a fast-paced team.
• Document technical processes and collaborate with IT teams.
• Participate in IT on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.
• Travel to company offices as needed.
