Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician in Dubai to ensure robust IT systems, security, and responsive user support. You will handle imaging, hardware and software support, and Office 365 services for a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an Associates degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Windows OS, SCCM imaging, and strong customer service in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• An Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a cumulative minimum of four (4) years total relevant experience in an intermediate to advanced computer, laptop, and mobile device support role.
• Microsoft Office 365 Fundamentals (required).
• Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred) or equivalent Windows OS certification (preferred).
• Apple certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate to advanced desktop administration and client desktop service and support for installation, imaging, configuration, and upgrading client-facing technologies.
• Imaging computers using SCCM and creating bootable USB drives.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues for desktop computers, laptops, handheld/wireless devices, printers, copiers, and related technologies while adhering to policies.
• Support Office 365 services at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Manage security controls, governance, and data loss prevention to protect enterprise assets.
