• Perform intermediate to advanced desktop administration, imaging, and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, copiers, and related endpoints.
• Provide Office 365 services support and basic security controls adherence.
• Handle incident requests with proper prioritization and timely updates.
