Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Engineer to plan, supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for instrumentation and control systems at its facilities. The role focuses on ensuring reliability and availability through preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance, in collaboration with Operations and Mechanical/Electrical teams.

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot equipment failures and support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering and maintenance.
Experience in oil and gas industry preferred.
On-site maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.
Strong diagnostic and preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise maintenance activities for instrumentation and control systems.
Coordinate preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance to ensure reliability.
Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams during testing and start-up.
Contribute to equipment reliability improvements and maintenance planning.
Investigate faults and conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
