Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Instrument Engineer - Control Maintenance to lead maintenance for plant instrumentation and control systems. You will plan, supervise, and optimize activities across facilities, coordinating preventive, corrective, and shutdown work to keep equipment reliable and available.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, field troubleshooting, and collaboration with Operations, Mechanical, and Electrical teams to manage backlogs, spares, and upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Instrument and Control engineering and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary maintenance interfaces with Operations, Mechanical, and Electrical teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance activities for plant instrumentation and control systems.
• Coordinate preventive, breakdown, corrective, and shutdown maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Provide field engineering support during testing, troubleshooting, and start-up activities.
