Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Instrument & Control to supervise and perform maintenance for reliability and integrity of equipment. You will plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance, manage spares, supervise testing/commissioning, and contribute to safety and efficiency on site.

This role involves daily coordination with the maintenance team, reporting to the line manager, and participating in shutdowns and overhauls at ADNOC

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in instrument/control maintenance or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of Instrument & Control equipment and systems to ensure availability and reliability.
• Plan, schedule, execute and supervise preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting for reliability and availability.
• Ensure maintenance records and fault reports, logbooks are up-to-date and reports are provided.
• Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiations for repairs.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems, ensuring safety methods.
• Participate in planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities.

Education

Diploma in Instrument / Control Engineering or equivalent
