FxPro Financial Services Ltd in Dubai is hiring a senior Institutional Sales professional to lead acquisition, development, and expansion of strategic partnerships with hedge funds, asset managers, and professional traders. You will drive market expansion strategies and act as the primary senior relationship manager for institutional clients.

The role requires 7+ years in FX/CFD brokerage or prime brokerage, strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, FIX API), and proven ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
7+ years of institutional sales experience within FX/CFD brokerage, Prime Brokerage, or financial services.
Proven track record managing high-value institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, IBs).
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead acquisition, development, and expansion of strategic institutional partnerships with hedge funds, asset managers, and professional trading entities.
Develop and execute institutional sales and market expansion strategies across regions and client segments.
