Job summary

Atrium HR Consulting Ltd seeks a Senior Sales CFD and Forex professional for our Dubai-based client. The role focuses on developing retail and professional client revenue across MENA, meeting sales quotas, and leading a growing sales team.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in sales, fluent English and Arabic, knowledge of Forex markets, and experience with MetaTrader 4/5 and PrimeXM. A leadership track and FCA/FSA regulation awareness are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales.
• Excellent product knowledge and market experience in Forex, index and commodity futures and cash equities.
• Ideally, you will have a transportable client base.
• Sales background and network to build a Retail offering and onboard clients.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• You will already be in a Head of Sales position or seeking the next step up.
• Good IT skills and knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and 5 and PrimeXM aggregator.
• Leadership skills to motivate a team and set the right example and culture.
• Good understanding of FCA and FSA regulations.

Our client is a market-leading provider in CFD trading, offering contracts for differences in hundreds of global financial markets. They are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Salesperson for a financial brokerage offering FX and CFDs.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on business development of retail and professional clients
• Coverage MENA clients
• Maximize existing revenue streams and build on existing relationships
• Meet assigned annual sales quotas, both individual and team management
• Lead Generation and Conversion
• Client acquisitions and retention
• Generate an effective client onboarding strategy with management
• Working closely with the marketing team to help with campaigns and events
• Build out scope for expanding the sales team and acting as the hiring manager
• Keeping a record of territorial market trends and requirements and sharing insights with the product teams.
