You will leverage an existing book and network to generate new business and coordinate with Dealing, Operations, Compliance, and Management. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of relevant experience, deep market knowledge, and proficiency with MT5, CQG, and IRESS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Investment Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of institutional sales/relationship management experience in CFDs or financial services.
• Established book of institutional and HNW clients is essential.
• Strong UAE/GCC and/or international market network preferred.
• Proven revenue generation from institutional/HNW client networks.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Institutional Manager with an established and demonstrable book of institutional and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and developing relationships with institutional, professional, and HNW clients within the financial trading and CFD brokerage environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong existing network, deep knowledge of financial markets, and experience working with sophisticated clients across trading platforms such as Meta Trader 5 (MT5), CQG, and IRESS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of institutional, professional, and HNW clients.
• Leverage an existing book of institutional and HNW relationships to generate new business.
• Identify, prospect, acquire, and onboard new institutional and high-value clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with institutional investors, professional traders, family offices, asset/wealth managers, investment firms, funds, and other professional market participants.
• Understand clients' trading requirements, investment objectives, execution needs, and platform requirements.
• Support institutional and sophisticated clients across CFDs and other Company-approved financial products.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of MT5, CQG, IRESS, and other relevant trading and execution platforms.
• Work closely with Dealing, Operations, Compliance, and Management to coordinate institutional client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase client funding, trading activity, retention, and overall relationship value.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, introducers, and professional referral networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional and HNW prospects.
• Represent the Company at institutional meetings, conferences, industry events, and networking activities.
• Monitor relevant market developments and provide management with client and market intelligence.
• Achieve agreed targets for institutional client acquisition, assets/funding, trading activity, revenue, retention, and business development.
• Ensure all client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship activities comply with applicable KYC, AML, regulatory, and Company requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Investment Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, institutional relationship management, CFD brokerage, financial markets, investment services, prime brokerage, or a related financial services environment.
• Established and demonstrable book of institutional and HNW clients is essential.
• Strong existing network within the UAE/GCC and/or international financial markets is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and developing institutional and high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and business from an existing institutional/HNW client network.
• Strong knowledge of CFDs, financial markets, trading, execution, and brokerage services.
• Practical knowledge of MT5, CQG, and IRESS platforms is highly preferred.
• Understanding of the requirements and expectations of institutional, professional, and sophisticated clients.
• Good understanding of KYC, AML, client classification, onboarding, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
