Job summary

FinTop Consulting is partnering with a fast-growing institutional brokerage and financial markets firm seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (Institutional) to lead and scale their institutional businesses.

This senior leadership role focuses on building and directing institutional sales and business development, managing teams across global markets, and delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience in institutional sales, business development, or commercial leadership within financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the institutional commercial strategy and business development plan.
• Build, lead and scale high-performing Institutional Sales and BD teams, including targets, KPIs and performance management.
• Drive new business, revenue growth and market expansion across global institutional markets.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with FX/CFD brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, banks, liquidity providers and other financial institutions.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities to strengthen the firm's institutional offering.
• Work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to align commercial strategy with business objectives.
