Job summary

High Street Resources (HSR) is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager at Director or Executive Director level to strengthen its institutional distribution across the UAE, with a focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

You will develop and manage strategic relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, banks, insurance companies, endowments, and family offices, originating opportunities across multiple asset classes and collab orating with international teams.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in institutional business development, relationship management or investment distribution.
• Established institutional investor network across the UAE, especially Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Proven ability to originate investment opportunities and raise institutional capital.
• Strong understanding of investment products and institutional distribution.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute institutional business development initiatives targeting UAE clients.
• Originate new investment opportunities and drive capital raising across strategies and asset classes.
• Identify prospective investors and introduce suitable investment solutions.
• Expand the firm's institutional presence and strengthen UAE positioning.
