Job summary

High Street Resources (HSR) seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to join its Real Estate Unit in the UAE. The role involves managing complex multi-product relationships, originating transactions across the bank's product suite, and coordinating with product teams to deliver solutions.

You will assess credit risk, structure facilities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations while driving client satisfaction and growth in the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the real estate market and financing product suite.
• Experience in managing RE clients and structuring facilities.
• Knowledge of related legal infrastructure including escrow laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review existing portfolio and recommend facilities in line with credit policy.
• Formulate relationship strategy and account plans for clients.
• Engage with clients to deliver bank services and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Legal and Risk teams on transactions and risk issues.
