Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai is seeking an OTC Sales Development Representative to build an institutional crypto sales desk, sourcing opportunities, qualifying demand, and driving deals from first contact to onboarding. You will prospect aggressively across MENA, develop a robust pipeline, and coordinate with institutional sales to convert leads into active trading on our OTC desk.

Strong English communication and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a client-facing role within crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and move opportunities through a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication skills and aiming to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Pipeline Development across regions including MENA.
• Deal Execution: close deals, onboard clients, and drive trading volume.
• Client Engagement: grow OTC volumes and re-engage dormant accounts.
• Internal Collaboration: coordinate with compliance, operations, and onboarding teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor pipeline health against targets.
