Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai infrastructure team. You will lead cost estimation, budgeting, bills of quantities, and contract administration on complex projects.

Bring 8–10 years of experience with UAE-recognized QS certification. Hybrid work model in Dubai South supports collaboration with engineers, architects, and clients to drive value and financial clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) or equivalent in UAE.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with 3–5 years in a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis, estimation, and budgeting for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities, specifications and tender documentation.
• Review survey data, measurement records, and project information.
• Manage contract administration including variations and change orders.
• Operate quantity surveying software and land-information platforms.
• Identify risks through studying legal records and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, plots, maps, and statements.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients for cost management.
• Monitor expenditures, variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior team members and support professional development.
