AECOM is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of major infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role covers quantity measurement, cost control, contract administration, variations and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs, reviewing drawings and tender documents, verifying IPAs and payment certificates, and maintaining accurate cost records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration and cost management for infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in take-off, BOQ prep, cost estimation and payment certification.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and procurement practices.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review BOQs and quantity take-offs for civil, utilities, roads and infrastructure works.
• Review drawings, specs and tender documents for contractual compliance.
• Verify IPA and payment certificates; measure and certify completed works.
• Manage cost control, budgets, variations, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and final accounts; support EOT and claims assessments.
