Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai-based infrastructure team. You will drive cost control, budgeting, and financial oversight on complex projects, ensuring contractual compliance and transparent reporting.

You will manage bills of quantities, tender documents, and risk analyses while collaborating with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver world-class infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) or UAE-recognized equivalent.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, 3–5 years in a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cost analysis, estimation, and budgeting for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Review survey data, measurement records, and project information for accuracy.
• Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and change orders.
• Operate quantity surveying software and land-information platforms for data storage and reporting.
• Research legal records, contractual terms, and industry standards to identify risks.
• Prepare detailed project reports, plots, maps, and financial statements.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide strategic cost management recommendations.
• Monitor expenditures vs. budgets and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior team members and support professional development.
