Job summary

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and analytical QS with a focus on accuracy
• Experience preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs from 2D/3D docs
• Strong understanding of infrastructure project delivery and construction methods
• Proficient with QS software and digital measurement tools (CostX, Revit)

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specs and BIM models with precision
• Develop Bills of Quantities aligned with project requirements and standards
• Analyze project docs to identify scope, quantities and measurement challenges
• Ensure measurements comply with CESMM, POMI or equivalent
• Support cost estimates, budgets and tender docs for infrastructure projects
• Analyze drawings/specs to identify cost elements, risks and discrepancies
• Contribute to cost control and data-driven project decisions
• Assist in tender evaluation and cost benchmarking
