• Bachelor's degree in QS or Civil Engineering required.
• MRICS preferred for this role.
• Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong infrastructure/utility project background.
• Experience with CESMM standards and FIDIC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare CESMM-based BoQs and tender documents.
• Evaluate bids and provide commercial recommendations.
• Apply value engineering to optimize costs.
• Manage variations, claims, and payments.
• Close out final accounts and TOC/DLP processes.
