Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems across the luxury resort. You will work on district cooling, chilled water systems and BMS operations, supporting reliable facilities performance.

The role requires hands-on maintenance knowledge, with a focus on preventive tasks, fault diagnosis and timely repairs while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration and ventilation equipment.
• Knowledge of district cooling and chilled water systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs; monitor via BMS.
• Assist in integrity of safety and operational standards across hotel facilities.
