Job summary

Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain cooling and refrigeration systems across a luxury resort. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, support district cooling operations, and ensure reliability of chilled water, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, and BMS controls.

This is a full‑time on‑site role with emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in facilities maintenance
• Experience with HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Knowledge of district cooling and chilled water systems
• Familiarity with BMS operations and electrical controls

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, cooling, and refrigeration equipment across the property.
• Support ETS room and district cooling operations.
• Operate and maintain chilled water systems and AHUs/FAHUs/FCUs.
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks and replacements as needed.
• Monitor and service fans, ventilation, and electrical controls.
