Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai is seeking an HVAC Technician to support the engineering team in maintaining climate control across guest areas and operational spaces. You will perform routine inspections, servicing and basic fault identification on FCUs, AHUs and ventilation equipment under supervision in a high-demand resort environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, an HVAC ITI/Trade qualification, and a willingness to learn advanced troubleshooting while following

Qualifications

• ITI or trade certificate in HVAC.
• 2–3 years HVAC maintenance experience.
• Hotel/resort or commercial building experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of FCUs, AHUs and ventilation systems.
• Ability to follow technical instructions under supervision.
• Commitment to health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs and exhaust fans.
• Support corrective maintenance for HVAC faults.
• Inspect filters, belts, drains and lubrication points.
• Log inspections and maintenance accurately.
• Attend breakdowns and assist with repairs.
• Coordinate with other engineering trades.
• Follow Permit-to-Work procedures.
