Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an HVAC Technician 3 to support preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance across the resort. You will work under supervision on routine servicing, inspections, basic system checks and breakdown support to ensure safe, reliable heating, ventilation and air conditioning operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, ideally in a hotel or large building setting.

Qualifications

ITI or Trade Certificate in HVAC required.
2–3 years HVAC maintenance experience preferred, hotel/building environment ideal.
Willingness to learn, follow technical guidance and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist with Planned Preventive Maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
Support maintenance of FCUs, AHUs and FAHUs.
Assist with exhaust fan and ventilation system maintenance.
Perform basic inspections of filters, belts and drains.
Carry out lubrication and other routine servicing activities.
Support senior technicians during fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and repairs.
Attend HVAC breakdown calls and assist with corrective work.
Support planned shutdown activities when required.
Report identified faults and technical issues to senior colleagues.
