Fortes Investment in Dubai is seeking a Senior HR Officer to assist the HR Head in delivering core HR functions aligned with the organisation’s strategy. The role concentrates on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training support, performance management, and HR operations to enhance staff performance.

The successful candidate will manage HR data, reporting, contracts, and process improvements, ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in performance management and employee development would be advantageous.
• Excellent HR data handling and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR software/systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Oversee HR administration, leave management, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives across the organisation.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Handle day-to-day HR transactions, reporting, and contract preparation.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports on turnover, attendance, and trends.
• Identify improvements and propose enhancements to HR policies and practices.
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leaders across the company.
