Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment from posting to selection.

• Screen and interview candidates and coordinate technical assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align manpower needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and onboarding tasks.
• Verify documents and support background checks.
• Maintain a talent pool of pre-screened candidates.
• Track recruitment activities and report hiring metrics.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and manage HR processes.
• Coordinate offer-to-start logistics, orientation, and exit workflows.
