Job summary

EY seeks an HR Operations professional to broaden experience across the GCC region (excl. KSA) and partner with the Talent team to ensure exceptional service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

You will support the HR Operations Lead, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Shared Services to deliver timely HR solutions while maintaining EY policies and local regulations. Fluency in English is essential, with strong analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience in HR operations within professional services or complex organizations.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes and talent management practices.
• Exposure to PIPs, grievances and disciplinaries is beneficial.
• Strong project management skills in international/cross-border contexts.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Operations Lead with regional HR activities across the GCC (excl. KSA).
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiencies within Regional Talent Team.
• Liaise with Managed Services/HR and act as an escalation point for Managed Services.
• Provide HR expertise and insights to business stakeholders as needed.
• Manage HR matters with escalation to HR Operations Lead for high-risk cases.
• Guide on involuntary separations, probation terminations and employee dismissals.
