Job summary

EY is seeking an HR operations professional to broaden experience across the GCC (excl. KSA) region, reporting to the Operations Lead. You will collaborate with Talent functions, deliver service quality, and support employee lifecycle activities in a multinational setting.

The role requires strong English communication, HR policy knowledge, and experience with employee relations, PIPs, and investigations. On-site UAE HQ with regional responsibilities across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years in HR operations within a professional services firm or complex org.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and talent management in professional services.
• Experience managing PIPs, grievances and disciplinaries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights for Talent Consultants and Talent Development via HR Ops Lead.
• Liaise with Managed Services/HR and act as escalation point for MSP.
• Manage employee relations, investigations and ensure EY policy compliance.
