Job summary

Ernst & Young AE is seeking an HR Operations professional to strengthen the regional Talent Team across the GCC, excluding KSA. You will partner with Service Lines and Talent functions to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with stakeholders to provide HR insights, support performance improvement efforts and coach counsellors. A bachelor’s degree in HR and 4–5 years of experience in HR operations are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of HR operations experience in a professional services firm or complex org.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and talent practices.
• Experience with MENA region and cross-border initiatives is preferred.
• HR generalist with legal/ER exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Operations Lead on activities and take ownership of others.
• Provide insights for Talent Consultants and Talent Development via HR Ops Lead.
• Collaborate with HR Enablement and Performance Improvement leads to improve efficiencies.
• Liaise with Managed Services HR and act as escalation point.
• Advise on HR matters and ensure compliance with EY policies and local regulations.
• Guide on involuntary separations, probation terminations and dismissals.
• Support employee relations cases and performance management processes.
• Deliver induction and onboarding for new joiners.
