Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks an AVP HR Onboarding to strengthen onboarding programs and drive Emiratization goals. You will oversee end-to-end onboarding, coordinate with HRBPs and managers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while tracking KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR Onboardinf
• Excellent grasp of strategy development frameworks and execution models
• Proficient in data analysis, research, and storytelling through presentations
• Skilled in synthesizing insights from internal metrics and external benchmarks
• Experience in preparing materials for senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect dots across functions, and influence stakeholders without authority

Responsibilities

• Process Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding activities including document collection, visa processing, and induction scheduling.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with HRBP, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements (e.g., CID checks, financial clearance, visa issuance).
• Performance Monitoring: Track onboarding KPIs and timelines (TAT) for efficiency.
• Managing onboarding dashboard.
• Pre-Joining: Visa/work permit processing, travel logistics for overseas hires, IT setup.
• Day One: Account activation, access card issuance, induction program.
