9E Global Engineering Consultants LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and consultancy roles. The role partners with the HR Director to implement sourcing strategies and manage stakeholder relationships across levels.

The successful candidate will proactively source talent, conduct structured interviews, and advise on market trends while ensuring a professional candidate experience and compliant recruitment processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or similar field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruiting within engineering or consultancy environments.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring.

• Build effective relationships with employees, managers, andstakeholders across all levels.

• To carry out role and responsibility in accordance with companyprocedures and upholding company values.
• Liaison with managers at all levels and refer issues to HOHR whereappropriate.
• Ensure HR and recruitment processes and systems are administeredeffectively.
• Contribute to the development of effective Group HR processes andrelationships.
• To undertake such other duties as may from time to time be requiredcommensurate with the level of the post.

QHSE Responsibilities

• Understand, implement andfollow 9E QHSE policies.
• Implement and coordinate QHSEprocedures in your workplace.
• Comply with local regulatoryauthority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
• Report any QHSE incidentsimmediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
• Abide Client/Contractor QHSErequirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
