Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-rise building projects in Dubai. You will oversee planning, execution, and handover, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years in project management with a focus on high-rise construction, PMP is a plus, and familiarity with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on high-rise building construction.
• In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction techniques, structural systems, and vertical logistics.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise projects from planning through handover.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and chair progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve conflicts and technical challenges efficiently and professionally.
