Job summary

ADC in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager with 10–15 years in construction, including 3–5 years in PM roles. UAE contracting experience is mandatory; Dubai project exposure is a strong plus.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, quality, and subcontractors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and contractual awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of construction industry experience.
• 3–5 years in a Project Manager role.
• UAE contracting experience mandatory; Dubai project experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, procurement, contract administration, risk management and project execution.
• High-rise project experience preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, with quality and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client relationships.
• Oversee contracts, procurement and risk management activities.
