Job summary

Abu Alnaga Contracting in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise building construction projects. The role requires overseeing full lifecycle from planning to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of delivery experience, strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction project management (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including site, technical, procurement, and planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all works comply with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee risk management, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Ensure full HSE compliance across all project activities.
• Review and approve progress reports, payment certificates, and project documentation.
