Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for high-rise building projects in the UAE. The role oversees all construction phases, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and uncompromising safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with architects and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and presenting detailed reports to senior management and clients. Strong leadership and UAE regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
At least 3 years in high-rise building construction.
Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and permitting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-rise projects from planning through handover.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits and chair progress meetings with stakeholders.
Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
Resolve conflicts and technical challenges efficiently and professionally.
