Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the UAE, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and a proven track record in multi-storey builds with shoring and basements.

You will plan, execute, and close projects while managing safety, compliance, and communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10 years’ UAE Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in construction of multi-storey buildings including shoring and basement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and present them to stakeholders for approval.
• Monitor progress, track expenses, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to define objectives and scope.
• Ensure safety and quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and supervise resources including labor and equipment.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including financials, to management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status to clients and project teams.
• Resolve conflicts and changes to maintain project success.
