Job summary

Sbigh is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Manager for heavy equipment in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai area. The role targets developing new business and maintaining relationships with contractors, dealers, fleet operators, and other industry customers.

Ideally, candidates have 3–7+ years in heavy equipment sales, GCC market familiarity, and a relevant degree. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to drive targets and close sales in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of heavy/construction equipment sales experience.
• GCC market experience preferred.
• 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with contractors, dealers, fleet operators, and key industry customers.
• Promote and sell heavy/construction equipment and related solutions.
• Manage quotations, negotiations, sales closure, and customer follow-ups.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
