Job summary

Bahwan Motors Auto Accessories in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sales Executive / Sales Manager for heavy equipment to grow the ACE Construction Equipment line. You will develop new business and drive sales closures through quotations, negotiations and proactive follow-ups.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in heavy/construction equipment sales, a 3-year Diploma or Bachelor's degree, and a strong B2B network with contractors and fleet operators.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant heavy/construction equipment sales experience.
• GCC market experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with contractors, dealers, fleet operators, and key industry customers.
• Promote and sell heavy/construction equipment and related solutions.
• Manage quotations, negotiations, sales closure, and customer follow-ups.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
