Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate in Dubai to drive growth in the UAE market, build and manage key accounts, and position Carrier as a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

You will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions with cross-functional teams, and support proposals, negotiations, and pipeline development to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or related commercial role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, with experience in government or key accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts across the UAE.
• Implement account strategies and achieve defined KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations and cross-functional teams.
• Represent Carrier at trade shows and customer events as needed.
