Job summary

Pixxi is expanding its Business Development team in Dubai, seeking a proactive specialist who enjoys outbound outreach, engages with prospects, supports demos, and helps grow our sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with inbound and outbound leads, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with leadership to move opportunities through the pipeline. A background in sales or business development and 1–2 years of experience, plus a UAE driving license, are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in outbound reach and prospecting.
• Sales or business development experience is a plus.
• Target-driven, organized, and eager to grow.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development.
