talabat is seeking a data-driven Senior Specialist in User Growth Marketing to accelerate Quick Commerce growth across eight countries. You will own CRM and performance marketing strategies, lead experimentation and consumer incentive initiatives, and use data to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing or related field.
• Experience managing multiple marketing channels.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and performance marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete lifecycle of regional user growth marketing campaigns, from concept through execution and optimization.
• Develop campaign approaches that support Quick Commerce growth across eight countries.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Refine campaign strategies using performance results, customer insights and market developments.
• Balance growth potential with responsible allocation of marketing budgets.
• Ensure lessons from completed campaigns inform future planning and execution.
• Lead the regional CRM and performance marketing strategy across channels.
• Coordinate CRM and paid marketing initiatives to support customer growth.
• Maintain consistency in customer experience across marketing channels.
• Design scalable campaign execution workflows and improve efficiency.
• Promote operational excellence through repeatable processes and templates.
