We are seeking a senior power systems professional with strong experience across BESS/PV integration, grid-forming technology, power system studies and customer-facing technical solutions.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
Strong experience with BESS/PV integration and grid-support technologies.
Hands-on knowledge of grid-forming and weak-grid applications.
Experience with RMS/EMT simulations and PSCAD, PSS/E, PowerFactory, ETAP or MATLAB/Simulink.
Experience with RTDS/RT-LAB or HIL testing is advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical activities integrating BESS and PV inverter systems into networks.
Develop grid-connection solutions per Grid Codes and international standards.
Provide SME input on Grid Forming, inertia support, and frequency/voltage control.
Lead RMS and EMT power system studies, model development and validation.
Oversee simulations using PSCAD, PSS/E, PowerFactory, ETAP or MATLAB/Simulink.
Support or lead HIL/real-time testing using RTDS/RT-LAB and interface with customers.
