Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 8–15 years of engineering experience in PV/BESS and substations.
• Proven leadership of EPC projects with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign work and ensure on-schedule delivery according to specs.
• Coordinate with remote engineering and local consultants for compliance.
• Lead design reviews, BIM implementation, and approvals with clients/regs.
• Provide field support for construction, commissioning and site issues.
• Mentor Design Leads and engineers; manage resource allocation.
