Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a Field Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities across the GCC from Dubai. You will conduct face-to-face visits, cold calls, networking, and events to qualify meetings for technology and business solutions.

Requirements include 3–5 years in B2B sales, GCC experience (Saudi market preferred), UAE driving licence, and fluency in English (Arabic helpful). UAE base with a role primarily on site and regional travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development.
• At least 2 years selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO, or staffing.
• Experience with face-to-face sales, cold visits, and networking.
• GCC sales experience.
• Saudi Arabia sales experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in English; Arabic also preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Must currently be in UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the GCC through face-to-face visits, cold calling, networking, and industry events, while identifying potential clients and arranging qualified meetings for technology and business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Find potential clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar.
• Visit companies and conduct face-to-face sales visits.
• Make cold visits and follow up with potential clients.
• Attend exhibitions, business events, and industry forums.
• Use phone, LinkedIn, and email to support sales activities.
• Identify client needs and suitable services.
• Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain records of visits, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Report market feedback and competitor activity.
