Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Senior Technician to join the Gaming Technical team. You will lead technicians to install, repair and maintain gaming equipment and related systems in a high‑end resort setting.

The role emphasizes safety, records upkeep, and adherence to procedures while expanding team competency through on‑the‑job training. Excellent English and MS Office skills are required; a secondary diploma or gaming certification is expected.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with gaming-related software and systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead Technicians to conduct daily installation, repair and maintenance work.
Perform maintenance according to the preventative maintenance program and ad hoc needs.
Update the status and ensure completion of work orders.
Maintain maintenance records of Gaming equipment and assets.
Ensure safety and cleanliness of equipment, tools and work areas.
Assist Supervisors and take on duties in their absence.
Guide Technicians to install, repair and maintain gaming equipment safely.
Participate in daily briefings and share relevant information with the team.
