Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a gaming/EGM technician with hands-on exposure to electronic gaming equipment.
• Technical apprenticeship or accredited vocational training in electronics preferred.
• Secondary school diploma or higher education in electronics, engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair EGM and table-game electronic devices at component level.
• Perform repair, testing, and maintenance following safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and support gaming systems for optimal performance on the gaming floor.
• Participate in departmental briefings and share technical updates.
